Making and Receiving Telephone Calls

*Call Center    : Hello, good afternoon. Is it Mitsubishi Consumer Call Center?
*John               : You are on the right line, Madam. May I help you?
*Call Center    : Yes, sure. I have problem with my car on the Alibaba Street. The car was suddenly got slip and then cannot move. I think the problem comes from its brake disk.
*John               : Umm, perhaps you are right, Madam. Are you still at the accident place?
*Call Center     : Yes, I still stand beside my car. I just buy it two days ago and suddenly this unfortunate thing happened to my car. Can you please be quick to help me here?
*John               : Sure, Madam. We apologize because of this discomfort. We will contact our  technician to help you there. Can you tell me the detailed where you are now?
*Call Center    : Yes, I am on Alibaba Street. My car is red and there is a bakery besides the street. I have already put the triangle sign behind my car.
*John               : Okay, I will give the detail information to our technicians. We hope that your problem will be fixed.
*Call Center    : Thank you for your assistance. I hope Mitsubishi Company can be fully responsible for their consumers’ problem.
